Ricky brings 20 years of experience in creative direction across CPG and retail. He has built campaigns, positioned brands, and produced creative that converts. At Highground he leads messaging, visual direction, content strategy, and the overall brand experience.
Brian Tudor — Strategic Direction, Systems & Implementation
Brian has 30 years of experience across healthcare, finance, media, CPG, retail, and cybersecurity. He has worked at both the strategic level and deep in implementation as a senior UX designer and systems architect. For the past 15 years he has focused on building revenue-generating systems that connect front-end customer experience to back-end infrastructure. At Highground he leads strategy, CRM configuration, automation, and backend systems.
